Description
The first part of the book deals with international privatization programs, including both the aims and various methods that have been adopted to privatize public enterprises worldwide. The second part addresses the Israeli privatization plans and the reasons that progress has lagged far behind the original schedule. The Israeli privatization methods are critically reviewed and recommendations for improving the procedure are offered.
