The reader can copy/paste any passage as editable text with bibliographic data appended automatically. Each subject index entry is linked to its corresponding text. All books come in PDF format and are identical to the printed edition.

Purchase options

The ebook may be purchased in its entirety or as single pages, to be read on the computer or printed. The price is set according to the options chosen. Once purchased the book may be downloaded onto three different computers and is accessible off-line from any Windows, PC, Mac or Linux.
