About:
Binyamin Abrahamov is professor of Islamic theology in the department of Arabic in Bar Ilan University. He has published four books and more than thirty articles in his fields of interest, including: early Islamic theological texts, the relationship between reason and revelation in Islam, the love of God in Islamic mysticism and the teachings of Ibn al-Arabi, the greates mystic of Islam. He is now the dean of the Faculty of Humanities.
